A child's innocence is something singular and enchanting
it involves images of heavenly shapes and colors
too bright for the human spectrum of vision
everything seemed to have a specific aura, and everything ended with the setting of the sun
it began with the sun rising, and the winds that carried the salt from the sea
A clock ticked back in forth, a focused repition
it recalled the chess moves of time
gentle music filled all the walls and it said everything we couldnt say
trying to take everything in, but not thinking about anything
free association, a natural, un-intrusive state of mind
let the powers be
it's still beautiful to be power-less
A child's innocence is something singular and enchanting

Well listen, just between me and you, there's something I really need to tell you. No, please dont start getting defensive, and whatever you do dont start mapping out how you should respond or what you have to do. Just promise you'll listen, and promise we can talk about it before arguing about it, that'll just make it worse. Sometimes, and especially in situations like this, it's best to supress your inital emotions, atleast in the best way you can, and think logically about how to make all this better. Dont act on impulse. Sure, I'm no saint, but I really want you to try your hardest and hear me out on this one, okay? I'm not perfect, okay? I certainly never professed to be. And I dont mean to come off as preachy, because I'm the one bringing this up in the first place, so surely I'm not the one to give instructions about anything. Just know this is the best I can do okay? And this is the first time I've ever sacrificed my reputation for honesty, and I'm still on the fence about how I feel about it. I don't want you to think that I'm trying to come off as the righteous one by going about it in this way. Just listen, and really try to understand, and take in all the factors and complexities that have brought me to this moment, okay?
a random perspective
The moon was candy shimmering and frozen in the cowboys eye
lost but equally at home, he found his friends there beside him
the birds circled in and sung for their freedom, the freedom that many long for
unsuspected stranger lurking in some roman exhibition, a game took on by locals
but look at the earth isnt it all the same but it just looks kinda different
sure, just never say i never told ya, and dont act like i owe you anything
lets try to change it up a little, lets try to listen to strangers, they cant be all that bad, they're probably just like you and me, it cant be all that bad. lets be human beings, lets be animals too
sometimes i think about this stuff before breakfast, other days i wait till after dinner
the sound of an out of tune piano and the laughter of a mayor as he sips his coffee
it stopped raining so people were happy, finally
lets live today, life isnt television or the internet or the things you see on television or the internet
its what you live yourself you dont have to see someone else live it first
"the past sure is tense"
